How do I pay for access to my eBook?
Payment for eBooks can be made by credit card on the eConcordia website.
Go to your Learning Basket to pay your eBook fee for the online material. Your online credit card payment will be completed during the checkout process.
Once you have successfully paid, please print a copy of the receipt for your records.
I don't have a credit card. How can I pay?
You can pay in person at our office or send your money order or certified cheques to: eConcordia, 1250 Guy St. Suite 803, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, H3H 2T4. Please write your full name, student ID number, the course you are paying for (e.g. INTE 290), e-mail address, and a telephone number where you can be reached on the reverse side of your money order or certified cheque.
Certified cheques and money orders should be made payable to eConcordia.
I was trying to pay online and after pressing the submit button, I received an error message. What do I do?
If, after completing the payment form, you press the submit button and you receive an error message, for example, "Error processing request" or "Page cannot be displayed", it probably means that your connection timed out.
In other words, the transaction was not successful because of a delay in processing and the system consequently ended the transaction. You can safely try to process your transaction again.
Should any issues arise during payment, please call 514-848-8774 or 1-888-361-4949 for assistance.
When can I pay for the eBook?
For credit courses, you must wait until the beginning of the semester to pay for your eBook. For most courses, you will be able to pay the access fee starting on the third day of the semester. Please check the course outline for more details.
For professional development courses, since you can start the course anytime, you can pay for the eBook when you wish to begin.
Will my credit card information be secure if I pay online?

The information that is transmitted cannot be altered or intercepted without detection, and in the event of interception, it would be unintelligible to anyone except the intended recipient. eConcordia does NOT keep your credit card information on record, so there is no chance of unauthorized use of your card.
