eConcordia by exploring our step-by-step guide on collaboration. Here, we
outline the initial steps and essential considerations to ensure a
successful partnership in developing high-quality online learning
experiences.
-
Speak with your Department Chair to determine if the course is a
good fit for an online course.
-
If approved by your Department Chair, contact
onlinecoursedev.admin@concordia.ca
to receive a copy of the
Preparations for Online Course Application (POCA) form.
-
Complete the POCA form with all available supporting information
as the assigned Subject Matter Expert (SME) and consult the
Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) as needed.
-
Submit the completed form to your Chair for approval, who will
then submit the form to the Associate Dean/Faculty Dean for
further approval.

Set up the login account and complete the mandatory learning of
the
Faculty Online Readiness (FOR) modules
(approximately 2 hours to complete).

Begin working with the eConcordia team for specific online
